Massawepie Weather Advisory
This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for northern New York.
DAY ONE
This afternoon and tonight. A slow-moving upper low pressure system will bring locally heavy rain showers and a few embedded thunderstorms to portions of the northern Adirondacks and St. Lawrence Valley today and tonight. Generally 1- 2 inches rainfall amounts are expected. However, there is a localized threat of higher rainfall totals and an isolated risk of flash flooding if thunderstorms are able to stagnate over a particular location. At the present time, confidence in flash flooding is low.
DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN
