This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of western and north central New York.
DAY ONE
Today and tonight. A few isolated thunderstorms are possible in a few locations this afternoon and evening. Isolated strong wind gusts are possible if thunderstorms materialize, but the risk is expected to remain localized.
DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN
Wednesday through Monday. Clusters of showers and thunderstorms are likely later Wednesday afternoon through Wednesday night. There is a slight risk that some of these storms may become severe. The primary risk will be localized damaging wind gusts, with a secondary lower risk of isolated large hail. An isolated tornado also cannot be ruled out. Thunderstorms will also produce torrential downpours, with localized flash flooding possible.
