- At 119 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Overflowing poor drainage areas will cause minor flooding in the advisory area. Between 1/4 and 1/2 inch of rain has already fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1/2 to 3/4 inches are expected. - Some locations that could experience minor flooding include
