Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. ADDITIONAL DETAILS
- Additional rounds of showers and storms are likely again Thursday. Storms with heavy rainfall rates of 1 to 2 inches per hour may occur during the afternoon and evening then another batch of showers with light to moderate rates is expected during the overnight hours. Recent wildfire burn scars, urban areas, communities with underdeveloped infrastructure, complex terrain, and locations where the ground is already saturated will be favored for rapid runoff and flash flooding. - http://www.weather.gov/abq/EmergencyPrepFlood
