Portions of southwest Iowa, including the following counties, Fremont, Harrison, Mills, Montgomery, Page, Pottawattamie and Shelby and Nebraska, including the following counties, Butler, Cass, Dodge, Douglas, Gage, Jefferson, Johnson, Lancaster, Nemaha, Otoe, Pawnee, Richardson, Saline, Sarpy, Saunders, Seward and Washington. Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain. ADDITIONAL DETAILS
