THE TORNADO WARNING FOR SOUTHERN CHERRY COUNTY IS CANCELLED
The tornado threat has diminished and the Tornado Warning has been cancelled. However, large hail and damaging winds remain likely and a Severe Thunderstorm Warning remains in effect for the area. A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 300 AM CDT for north central Nebraska. Remember, a Severe Thunderstorm Warning still remains in effect for Cherry County until 1130 PM CDT. LAT

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of western and north central Nebraska.
DAY ONE
This afternoon and tonight. Scattered thunderstorms are again expected to develop late this afternoon into the early evening across western Nebraska and spread eastward later tonight.Primary threats include damaging winds and large to very large hail. In addition, locally heavy rainfall will be possible tonight.
DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN
Thursday through Tuesday. Additional chances for thunderstorms are expected Thursday through Sunday. The threat will transition to locally heavy rainfall during this period, however, a strong or severe storm cannot be ruled out.
