Spalding Academy Weather Advisory
This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for south central Nebraska and portions of north central Kansas.
DAY ONE
This Afternoon and Tonight. Severe thunderstorms will impact parts of south central Nebraska
mainly along and east of highway 281
through the mid-afternoon hours. Hail to the size of ping pong balls and wind gusts to 70 MPH will be possible with the strongest storms. Additional thunderstorm chances are anticipated across north central Kansas this evening. A few of these storms could be on the strong to marginally severe side, with hail to the size of quarters and wind gusts to near 60 MPH both possible with the strongest storms.
DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN
Thursday through Tuesday. Strong to severe storms are possible Thursday evening and night as well as Friday evening and night. Large hail and damaging winds will be the main threats with these storms.
