This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska
northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.
DAY ONE
THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT
Widespread fog is likely late tonight along and north of a Yuma, Colorado, to Hays, Kansas, line. The fog may be dense with visibilities reduced to a quarter of a mile or less by sunrise Thursday.
DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN
THURSDAY THROUGH TUESDAY
Areas of fog will continue through Thursday morning north of a Wray, Colorado, to Hays, Kansas line. The fog will burn off by late in the morning or mid day. There is a marginal risk for severe thunderstorms Friday afternoon and early evening generally east of Highway 83 as a cold front moves through the area. Damaging wind gusts will be the primary hazard. Heavy rain is possible Saturday night generally north of Interstate 70.
