Mountford Lake Weather Advisory
This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for south central Nebraska and portions of north central Kansas.
DAY ONE
Tonight. Late tonight, mainly between 1 AM and sunrise Monday, scattered and likely weak thunderstorms will develop into primarily the northeast half of our forecast area
most favoring locations near and east of a line from Ord, to Hastings, to Superior Nebraska.
DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN
Monday through Saturday. - Thunderstorm chances Monday into Monday night: Between sunrise and roughly 10 AM Monday, weak thunderstorms will remain possible, primarily within our Nebraska counties east of Highway 281. Then, following what should be a mainly dry Monday afternoon and early evening, chances for isolated to perhaps scattered storms return to most of our forecast area primarily after 10 PM and through the overnight hours. Severe storms appear fairly unlikely, but a few stronger storms with gusty winds and/or small hail probably cannot be ruled out. - Intermittent thunderstorm chances Tuesday through Saturday: Intermittent chances for thunderstorms persist within our forecast area through Saturday. At this time, the main timeframe of concern for potentially a few severe thunderstorms is Tuesday late afternoon and evening, but there remains quite a bit of uncertainty in the details. && More information may be obtained at the following web page: https://www.weather.gov/hastings
