This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for south central Nebraska and portions of north central Kansas.
DAY ONE
This Afternoon and Tonight. Scattered showers and storms continue this afternoon and into the early evening. A few could be strong to marginally severe with hail up to the size of quarters.
DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN
Sunday through Friday. Isolated to scattered showers and storms return early Sunday morning, but the threat for severe weather is low. Heat index values may exceed 100 degrees in southeastern parts of the outlook area on Monday afternoon. Better chances for thunderstorms (along with some severe) return to the area as a cold front moves through on Monday afternoon into Monday evening.
