Fischer Reservoir Weather Advisory
This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for south central Nebraska and portions of north central Kansas.
DAY ONE
This Afternoon and Tonight. There is a chance of an isolated strong to severe thunderstorm mainly in south central Nebraska after 4 PM. The most likely area is north of Interstate 80, including Valley and Greeley counties. The main hazard would be large hail around golf ball size and wind gusts in excess of 60 MPH are possible with these storms. These storms are expected to move from northwest to southeast, though storm coverage will be limited.
DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN
Friday through Wednesday. Strong to severe storms may impact the area on Friday. The main severe risk will be Friday evening into Friday night. Large hail and damaging winds are possible with these storms. Periodic shower/thunderstorm chances continue through next week, starting Saturday night into Sunday morning.
