This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of western and north central Nebraska.
DAY ONE
Today and tonight. Critical fire weather conditions continue into this evening across the eastern Panhandle. Gusty winds up to 40 mph and minimum relative humidity as low as 15 percent is expected. A Red Flag Warning remains in effect through this evening. Thunderstorms are possible late this afternoon and evening across the region with a marginal risk for severe storms across southwest Nebraska, the central Sandhills and portions of north central Nebraska. Damaging winds is the main threat.
DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN
Tuesday through Sunday. The threat for thunderstorms will continue Tuesday through Wednesday morning. At this time the severe threat is low.

Spotter activation is not expected at this time.
