DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN
Friday through Wednesday. Please listen to NOAA Weather Radio or go to weather.gov on the Internet for more information about the following hazards. Air Quality Alert. Hot temperatures and humid conditions will last into Saturday, with heat index values up to 100 to 109 degrees likely. Take precautions if you must be outside by drinking plenty of fluids, limiting exertion outdoors, and taking frequent breaks in shaded and well- ventilated areas, or in an air conditioned building. Additionally, scattered strong to severe storms are possible Friday and again on Saturday. Damaging straight-line winds will be the primary hazard, but isolated large hail will also be possible.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS
Drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of the sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors. Take extra precautions when outside. Wear lightweight and loose fitting clothing. Try to limit strenuous activities to early morning or evening. Take action when you see symptoms of heat exhaustion and heat stroke. &&
