Scattered thunderstorms are expected to develop late this afternoon and evening. Some storms may become strong to severe with damaging wind gusts the primary severe threat.
DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN
Wednesday through Monday. Hot and humid conditions are expected to prevail through much of the work week with heat index values expected to peak around 100 to 110 degrees through Friday. Scattered thunderstorms are expected to develop again Wednesday afternoon and evening. Some storms may become strong to severe with damaging wind gusts the primary severe threat.
