Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include
Fayetteville, Laurinburg, Rockingham, Raeford, Hamlet, Maxton, Antioch, Hope Mills, Dobbins Heights, and Wagram. This includes Interstate 95 between Mile Markers 52 and 41.
