This afternoon and tonight. Please listen to NOAA Weather Radio or go to weather.gov on the Internet for more information about the following hazards. Heat Advisory. In addition, there is a marginal risk (level 1 of 5) of severe storms through this evening. Damaging wind will be the main hazard.
DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN
Saturday through Thursday. Heat indices around 100 degrees are be possible Saturday. Hot weather will continue through the middle of next week, with heat index readings around 100 to 105 possible Sunday and Monday. In addition, there is a marginal to slight risk (levels 1 and 2 of 5) of severe storms Saturday afternoon and evening. Damaging wind will be the main hazard. Heavy rainfall is also possible.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS
Drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of the sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors. To reduce risk during outdoor work, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration recommends scheduling frequent rest breaks in shaded or air conditioned environments.
