This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for northwest Iowa, west central Iowa, southwest Minnesota, northeast Nebraska, central South Dakota, east central South Dakota, south central South Dakota and southeast South Dakota.
DAY ONE
Tonight. Thunderstorms develop late tonight along the Missouri River Valley and lift north-northeastward into early tomorrow morning. Storms as they first develop will pose a risk of mainly small hail before turning to a locally heavy rain threat.
DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN
Monday through Saturday. Scattered showers and storms will continue into Monday morning. While severe weather is not expected, locally heavy rainfall will be especially east of I-29. While there is uncertainty for Monday afternoon and evening, an isolated strong to severe storm may be possible in northwest Iowa.

Spotter activation may be needed Monday afternoon in northwest Iowa.
