Taylor and Romulus around 1120 PM EDT. Wyandotte around 1125 PM EDT. Trenton around 1140 PM EDT. Ann Arbor, Grosse Ile, and Dixboro around 1145 PM EDT. Belleville around 1205 AM EDT. Other locations impacted by these severe thunderstorms include Whittaker, Melvindale, Gibraltar, Hudson Mills Metropark, New Boston, Delhi Mills, Pleasant Lake, Rockwood, Harper Woods, and Westland. This Afternoon and Tonight A Heat Advisory is in effect until 8PM EDT. Please see the heat headline for additional details. There is a Slight Risk for severe weather this afternoon and evening. Damaging winds to 70 mph, hail to 1.5 inch, and an isolated tornado threat are all possible. Highly localized flooding is also possible. Storm motion is generally northwest to southeast at 40 to 45 mph.
