This hazardous weather outlook is for southeast Michigan.
DAY ONE
Today and Tonight Patchy dense fog is possible this morning. Scattered thunderstorms are expected this afternoon and evening with a marginal risk for severe weather mainly between 3pm and 10pm. Damaging wind gusts and large hail will be the main threats, and an isolated tornado cannot be ruled out along a warm front that tracks north this evening. Storm motion will be southwest to northeast at 40 mph.
DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN
Saturday through Thursday Scattered thunderstorms are possible on Saturday with a marginal risk for severe weather as a cold front tracks east across the state during the afternoon. Southwest wind gusts may reach 45 mph for parts of the area even outside of thunderstorms.
