This hazardous weather outlook is for southeast Michigan.
DAY ONE
Today and Tonight Isolated to scattered showers and thunderstorms will be possible across SE MI today. Severe weather is not expected, however, heavy downpours and highly localized gusts up to 45 mph will be possible with the strongest storms.
DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN
Sunday through Friday Increasing coverage of showers and thunderstorms will be possible Sunday into Monday. There is a marginal risk for severe thunderstorms mainly south of M59 on Sunday. The main hazards for any severe thunderstorm will be large hail with a secondary hazard for damaging wind gusts. There is a marginal to slight risk for severe weather along and south of I69 on Monday. The main hazards for any severe thunderstorms will be damaging wind gusts and large hail. Localized flooding will also be possible with any repeated thunderstorm development.
