FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 830 PM EDT THIS EVENING FOR SOUTHEASTERN BALTIMORE COUNTY AND EXTREME NORTHEASTERN BALTIMORE CITY
At 559 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated about 1 to 3 inches of rain has fallen in the warned area over the last hour. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the next hour. Excess runoff will lead to flash flooding. The Baltimore County 911 Center reported a vehicle stuck in high water along Eastern Boulevard and Martin Boulevard in Middle River. HAZARD

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for the Maryland portion of the Chesapeake Bay, Tidal Potomac River, and I-95 corridor through central Maryland, northern Virginia, and District of Columbia.
DAY ONE
Tonight A Severe Thunderstorm Watch is in effect until 9 PM for the Baltimore and Washington metropolitan areas, with the main threat being damaging winds. A few strong to severe thunderstorms could affect the rest of the area as well. An isolated instance of flash flooding is also possible.
DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN
Saturday through Thursday Scattered thunderstorms are possible Saturday, especially in the afternoon and evening. Locally damaging wind gusts and isolated instances of flash flooding are possible.
