New Hope Weather Advisory
This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of southern Indiana and central Kentucky.
DAY ONE
Tonight. After midnight tonight, a quasi-stationary front will sink south from central Indiana toward the Ohio River, with showers and thunderstorms along the front moving into southern Indiana and northern Kentucky by early Wednesday morning. Stronger storms tomorrow morning could bring small hail as well as ponding of water on roadways where heavier rainfall occurs.
DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN
Wednesday through Monday. Additional systems are expected to bring periods of rain and warmer temperatures through much of next week. A few rounds of storms are also possible, possibly strong at times. Wednesday afternoon and evening, Thursday, and Saturday currently hold the best potential for a few strong to severe storms. A few minor flooding concerns could also start to arise by this weekend across southern Indiana as repeated rounds of rainfall continue.
