Central Whitley County in south central Kentucky
West Central Knox County in southeastern Kentucky
WHEN
Until 430 PM EDT. IMPACTS
Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. ADDITIONAL DETAILS
- At 132 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include
Williamsburg, Emlyn, Wofford, Bon, Suttons Mill, Yaden, Goldbug, Pleasant View, Redbird, Lucky, Julip, Verne, Mountain Ash, Rockholds, Perkins, Jellico Creek, Bounty, Ayers, Zion Hill and Woodbine. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

Today and tonight. Thunderstorms are possible at times. The strongest of these could produce locally heavy rainfall, potentially resulting in isolated incidents of flooding.
DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN
Sunday through Friday. Thunderstorms are possible Sunday night, as well as on Thursday and Friday.
