DAY ONE
Today and Tonight Heat indices today are expected to be in the 105 to 110 degree range. See latest extreme heat warning for additional details.
DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN
Thursday through Tuesday Heat indices for Thursday through Saturday will be in the 102 to 110 degree range. Scattered storms will be possible late Thursday afternoon and especially Thursday evening across central Kansas. Storms will then be possible each night during the Friday night through Sunday night time frame, with western and central Kansas having the higher chances. A few strong storms appear possible along with pockets of heavy rainfall.
