This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of central Kansas, east central Kansas, south central Kansas and southeast Kansas.
DAY ONE
Tonight Heat indices around 100 degrees are possible through early evening along the Kansas-Oklahoma border. A couple storms will be possible across far southern Kansas overnight. Severe storms are not anticipated.
DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN
Thursday through Tuesday A few storms will be possible Thursday and Friday nights across central Kansas. A few strong storms appear possible with this activity. Widely scattered storms will be possible both Sunday night and Monday night. A couple strong storms maybe possible with this activity. More widespread heat indices greater than 100 degrees are expected again for Friday-Tuesday impacting much of south-central and southeast Kansas.
