This hazardous weather outlook is for extreme southwest Nebraska
northwest Kansas and east central Colorado.
DAY ONE
TONIGHT
There is a 5-10% chance for storms this evening, to produce wind gusts up to 60 mph and localized flooding. The wind threat ends before midnight, but the flooding risk persists into early morning Saturday.
DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN
SATURDAY THROUGH FRIDAY
There is a 20% chance for severe storms Saturday afternoon and evening, mainly in eastern Colorado and nearby Kansas and Nebraska border counties between 5 PM and 11 PM MDT. 65 to 75 MPH wind gusts, 1-2 inch hail, and flash flooding are the primary hazards. There is a 10% chance these threats return Sunday afternoon and evening with another round of storms.
