Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees. Locations impacted include

- At 1022 PM EDT, emergency management reported heavy rain in Muncie due to prior thunderstorms. Flooding is already occurring. Between 5 and 9 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall possibly in excess of 2 inches are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include
