Tonight. A Heat Advisory is in effect. Heat index values in the 80s to around 90 degrees late this evening
will slowly fall to the mid-70s by daybreak.
DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN
Thursday through Tuesday. The Heat Advisory will continue through Friday evening. Peak afternoon heat index values are expected to be between 100 and 109. Thunderstorms are possible at times Thursday night through Saturday night for all or part of the region.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS
Drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of the sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors. Take extra precautions when outside. Wear lightweight and loose fitting clothing. Try to limit strenuous activities to early morning or evening. Take action when you see symptoms of heat exhaustion and heat stroke. &&
