Water over roadways. Some low-water crossings may become impassable. ADDITIONAL DETAILS
- At 1117 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in Brush Creek near the town of Nebraska. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Brush Creek upstream of the reservoir and nearby creeks are the most likely place to experience minor flooding. County road 625 N may be flooded in places. - Some locations that will experience flooding include
Seymour, North Vernon, Brownstown, Vernon, Crothersville, Westport, Medora, Hayden, Cortland, Country Squire Lakes, Vallonia, Butlerville, Nebraska and Pleasant View. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

Today and Tonight. Scattered severe storms may redevelop this afternoon across the southeast half of central Indiana. Damaging winds are possible from these storms. The primary timeframe for impacts will be from 2 PM through 6 PM. Wind gusts peaking near 45 mph will be possible over much of central Indiana through late afternoon.
DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN
Thursday through Tuesday. Wind gusts in excess of 40 mph are expected Friday.

East Fork White River at Seymour. WHEN

At 14.0 feet, Pasture lands, agricultural lands and several county and state roads begin to flood. High water isolates a few river cabins. State Road 235 east of Medora and county roads near Shields and Vallonia flood. Roads that begin to flood include SR 258 east of Cortland, CR 725 N just north of the gaging site and Ewing Road near Brownstown. ADDITIONAL DETAILS

The river will fall below flood stage tomorrow morning to 11.4 feet early tomorrow afternoon. It will then rise above flood stage late tomorrow evening to 14.4 feet early Thursday afternoon. It will fall to 13.7 feet Friday morning. It will then rise to 14.5 feet Saturday morning.
