This hazardous weather outlook is for central Indiana.
DAY ONE
Today and Tonight. Widespread minor to moderate river flooding will continue along the Wabash
White
and East Fork White Rivers
and adjacent lowlands. A flood watch is in effect from 2 PM today through 8 AM Thursday as training thunderstorms over saturated soils could lead to localized flash flooding. Isolated strong to severe storms are also possible with primarily a damaging wind gust threat.
DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN
Thursday through Tuesday. Thunderstorms will be possible on Saturday. Severe weather is not expected, but lightning is a hazard with any storm.

Portions of central, east central, north central, and west central Indiana, including the following counties, in central Indiana, Boone, Clinton, Hamilton, Hancock, Hendricks, Howard, Johnson, Madison, Marion, Morgan, Rush, Shelby and Tipton. In east central Indiana, Delaware, Henry and Randolph. In north central Indiana, Carroll. In west central Indiana, Fountain, Montgomery, Parke, Putnam, Tippecanoe, Vermillion and Warren. WHEN
From 2 PM EDT this afternoon through Thursday morning. IMPACTS
Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. ADDITIONAL DETAILS
- Rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are possible this afternoon through tonight due to training thunderstorms along a slow moving front. Locally higher amounts cannot be ruled out.
