Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Flash flooding could occur in some areas. ADDITIONAL DETAILS

Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. ADDITIONAL DETAILS
- At 110 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated that the heavy rainfall has come to an end early this afternoon. Isolated to scattered showers and thunderstorms are possible later this afternoon into this evening. Reports of flooding have been received by emergency management with some road closures due to high water. Between 3 and 5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include
Bluffton, Berne, Geneva, Nottingham, Poneto, Vera Cruz, Reiffsburg, Domestic, Petroleum, Linn Grove, Travisville, Wellsburg, Dillman, North Oaks, Keystone, Liberty Center, Ceylon, Mount Zion, Rockford and Mcnatts. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
