- At 1036 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include

At 1001 AM EDT, Radar indicates that between 2 and 5 inches of rain have fallen since last night. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 2 inches are possible in the warned area as heavier showers and thunderstorms move in from the west. Flash flooding is already occurring. HAZARD
