This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of southern Illinois, southwest Indiana, western Kentucky, and southeast Missouri.
DAY ONE
This Afternoon and Tonight A line of thunderstorms will produce sporadic wind damage as it moves south through the Evansville Tri State through the late afternoon and early evening. A tornado threat exists over Pike, Warrick, and Spencer counties in Indiana. Additional thunderstorms will be possible overnight. Locally heavy rainfall can be expected with any thunderstorms. An Extreme Heat Warning remains in effect for Perry County Illinois, while a Heat Advisory continues for the remainder of the Quad State.
DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN
Thursday through Tuesday An Extreme Heat Warning is now in effect for the entire Quad State for Thursday through Sunday. Please refer to the Warning for details. Scattered thunderstorms are expected mainly along the Interstate 64 corridor Thursday afternoon. A few severe storms with damaging winds are possible.
