Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. ADDITIONAL DETAILS
- At 702 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include
Fort Wayne, Huntington, Peru, Wabash, Bluffton, Rochester, North Manchester, Ossian, Akron, Andrews, Markle, Mexico, Aboite, Roanoke, Lancaster, Zanesville, Erie, Denver, Roann and Lagro. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

- At 603 AM EDT /503 AM CDT/, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include

Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. ADDITIONAL DETAILS
