Strong to locally damaging non-thunderstorm westerly winds are expected on Friday. The strongest winds could gust up to 60 mph. Winds will gradually ease during the afternoon. A period of accumulating snow and associated travel impacts are becoming increasingly likely, mainly north and west of I-55 Sunday night into Monday.
