DAY ONE
Today and tonight. Scattered thunderstorms will affect the area today and tonight. Isolated damaging wind gusts and locally heavy rain which could lead to flash flooding are the primary hazards. Due to previous heavy rain, several area rivers are in flood.
DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN
Thursday through Tuesday. Several rivers will remain in flood into this weekend.

Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. ADDITIONAL DETAILS
- A narrow band of showers and/or thunderstorms are forecast to set up in a west-east orientation across central IL, where the flooding and very heavy rain occurred late last week, this afternoon into the late evening.
