with an associated: Level 1 of 5 Tornado Risk. Level 2 of 5 Damaging Wind Risk
up to 60 mph. Level 2 of 5 Large Hail Risk
up to up to half dollar size. Limited Flooding Risk. DISCUSSION
Scattered showers and thunderstorms are expected this afternoon and evening. A few storms could become severe with damaging wind gusts and hail the main threat, but an isolated tornado cannot be ruled out. The tornado threat and greatest severe threat are favored west of the Fox Valley and north of Interstate 80.

Isolated to widely scattered showers and thunderstorms are possible on Saturday, but no severe weather is expected. Breezy north-northwest winds will result in building waves and dangerous rip currents at southern Lake Michigan beaches Saturday afternoon through Sunday.
