SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1215 AM CDT FOR SOUTHEASTERN EDWARDS, SOUTHWESTERN WABASH, NORTHEASTERN WHITE, SOUTHWESTERN GIBSON, NORTHEASTERN POSEY AND NORTHWESTERN VANDERBURGH COUNTIES
At 1156 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line from over Grayville to near Darmstadt, or along a line from 9 miles south of Albion to 9 miles northwest of Evansville, moving northeast at 35 mph. HAZARD

Grayville, Cynthiana, Poseyville and Blairsville around 1200 AM CDT. Owensville around 1205 AM CDT. Other locations impacted by the severe thunderstorm include Griffin.

DAY ONE
This Afternoon and Tonight Isolated to scattered thunderstorms are possible late this afternoon and evening. A few severe storms are possible across west Kentucky, especially closer to the Tennessee border. Damaging winds are the main concern, along with torrential downpours and lightning.
DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN
Saturday through Thursday Heat index readings may exceed 100 degrees on Tuesday and Wednesday. Scattered thunderstorm chances return next Thursday.
