Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Slow moving or standing water may continue. High water may only slowly recede from flooded areas. ADDITIONAL DETAILS
- At 402 AM CDT, gauges on area creeks, streams, and rivers indicated ongoing flooding from earlier excessive rainfall in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include
