This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for north and central Georgia.
DAY ONE
Tonight
Areas of dense fog are likely develop late tonight in central Georgia and portions of north Georgia, which could reduce visibilities to one-half mile or less. The fog is expected to linger into Thursday morning.
DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN
Wednesday through Monday
Scattered thunderstorms are expected across north and central Georgia on Friday and Saturday, followed by isolated thunderstorms on Sunday and Monday. Severe weather is not anticipated at this time, though stronger storms will be capable of producing frequent lightning and locally heavy rain.
SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT
Spotter activation will not be needed through tonight.
