Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. ADDITIONAL DETAILS
- Hurricane Isaias is expected to bring bands of heavy rainfall to the area. Widespread totals of 3 to 7 inches are expected with localized amounts of 10 inches. Given saturated soils from recent heavy rainfall, flash flooding is expected.
