- At 1142 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 7 and 12 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding. Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads. - Hurricane Isaias is expected to bring bands of heavy rainfall to the area. Widespread totals of 4 to 8 inches are expected with localized amounts of 10 to 15 inches. Given saturated soils from recent heavy rainfall, flash flooding is expected.
