Portions of Big Bend and Panhandle Florida, including the following areas, in Big Bend Florida, Coastal Bay. In Panhandle Florida, Central Walton, Coastal Gulf, Holmes, Inland Bay, Inland Gulf, North Walton, South Walton and Washington. WHEN

Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. ADDITIONAL DETAILS
- Additional rainfall totals (beginning tonight through Monday) of 3 to 7 inches are forecast with the lower end of these ranges more likely across out SW Georgia and Florida Big Bend counties and the higher end of these totals more likely across the Panhandle and into extreme southern portions of Alabama.
