Jansen Weather Advisory
This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of central
east central
south central and southeast Colorado.
DAY ONE
This Afternoon and Tonight Wrap around showers, with a few embedded thunderstorms, across the southeast plains will diminish from northwest to southeast through the afternoon and early evening, as the strong system that brought heavy rain to the region last night, continues to lift out into central Kansas. Gusty northerly winds of 25 to 45 mph across the southeast plains will also diminish through the late afternoon and evening, as said system moves away from the area. Clearing skies overnight, along with drier air moving into the region, will allow for possible frost formation across the San Luis Valley early Friday morning.
DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN
Friday through Wednesday No hazardous weather is expected at this time.
SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT
