PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS
Monitor the weather situation closely and be alert for threatening weather conditions. Prepare for sudden gusty winds, ahead of any rain. Secure loose objects and move to a safe shelter inside a building or vehicle. Blowing dust brings reduced visibility, leading to dangerous driving conditions. If driving, avoid blowing dust if possible. If caught in dense blowing dust, pull off the road, turn off your lights and keep your foot off the brake. && LAT
