A low pressure system off the Southeast coast this morning will move
across the Carolinas through Tuesday. Periods of moderate to heavy
rain and breezy conditions may lead to scattered flash flooding and
sporadic power outages. There is a limited risk of an isolated
tornado this afternoon and evening.
